Looking for a prospective driving instructor is a very important decision and can be a daunting experience. I want my pupils to be happy, feel confident and learn to drive in a professional and safe manner. Driving is a Skill for Life and even if you are extremely nervous this skill can be yours!

“I started refresher driving lessons with Harriet when my wife was pregnant with our first child. I was extremely nervous as I had not driven since passing my test 18 years ago in a quiet rural location, however Harriet immediately put me at ease with her professional and friendly manner. The contrast between my first set of lessons and Harriet’s was enormous. She ensured that each lesson was tailored to me, pushing me just enough to develop my skills and increase my confidence, whilst making it an enjoyable experience. She also ensured that every lesson was different, introducing me to a variety of different conditions that included independent, night and motorway driving.

"The moment I stepped in the car with Harriet she put me at ease. The vast amount of knowledge she had about the car and the fact that she was a Pass Plus Instructor made learning very easy for me and my lessons were a real enjoyment. She is extremely patient and encourages you every step of the way. Even when you can do a left reverse perfectly she always wants to push you to develop your skills in more difficult environments. Harriet is extremely enthusiastic about driving and is caring towards the pupil. I started off as a nervous pupil but with Harriet's support I now feel very confident and in fact I passed first time with only 2 minors!
