1.  Harriet Miller Driving Academy is committed to protecting your privacy and   maintaining the security of any personal data received from you. I strictly adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation which is in force from 25th May 2018. 

The purpose of this statement is to explain what personal data is collected and how it may be used. 

2. When you contact me to make an enquiry, I will ask for your name, address, phone number and email address.

3.  3rd party “cookies” are used as part of a normal business procedure to track patterns of behaviour of visitors to my website. No personal information is collected or stored during this process. It enables the website to present information more effectively.

4.  I follow strict security procedures in the storage of personal data which you have given, in order to prevent unauthorised access, in accordance with the new G.D.P.R.

5. I might seek permission from you, to provide a testimonial reference and / or a photograph for the website when you have passed your driving test. First name and city only will identify you.
